Sova is an everyday planner for iPhone: notes, tasks and calendars kept in separate groups, one Today view, one large Home Screen widget, and sharing with a single link. Less to configure, more that works on day one.

Choose TickTick if…
You manage hundreds of tasks across projects, you live in filters and tags, or you need the same app on Android, Windows and the web. TickTick is deep, mature, and honestly priced. If your planning system is a hobby in itself, it is one of the best.
Choose Sova if…
Your day has parts that should not mix, and people who should see only some of them. Work stays in Work, home stays in Home, the trip with friends gets its own group. Today and the widget still show one day. You share a list by sending a link, not by teaching someone a new system. And when a booking lands as a screenshot or a rambling voice note, Sova turns it into a dated draft instead of a chore. Private groups stay on your iPhone, work offline, and there are no ads.
The honest line: TickTick is a task manager you configure. Sova is a planner you open. If you want depth on every platform, take TickTick. If you want your day, separated and shared without the overhead, take Sova.
